Strategic Corporate Consulting
We work with corporations and mid-market companies to develop integrated end-to-end strategies that help them attract, retain, and engage the women in their organizations.
We are a strategic solutions partner that helps organizations formulate comprehensive women’s leaderships initiatives that add value, measure effectiveness and align with corporate growth strategies and objectives.
- Put critical initiatives back on track, done on time and on budget
- Turn conceptual knowledge into operational strategic plans
- Breakthrough unconscious biases and patterns
- Create comprehensive sustainability plans
- Establish key strategies for driving actionable change
- Positively impact their public brand and image
- Improve bottom line results by re-igniting women’s leadership
- Make gender diversity a priority
Our experiential workshops range from half-day sessions to 2 day intensives to our signature 9 month IgnitedNation@Work program. We don’t just teach concepts, we dive in and spend time below the surface where sustainable transformation happens. Our workshops offer immediate application to impact performance and bottom line results.
Who We Work With
We work with high-potentials and mid level managers, as well as senior executives. We specialize in helping women leaders who have all the talent necessary to ascend the infamous ladder, but who have allowed internal and external factors to get in their way of fully contributing to their organizations and having a significant impact.
What We Do
We help organizations unleash the contribution of their female talent.
Our workshops help women identify what holds them back from showing up as the leaders they know they can be. Each exercise ties back to applicability in the workplace where participants can see their impact — both current and desired. We ensure each participant leaves with solid actions items they can implement immediately.
Men and women bring different leadership skills to their roles, and to the way they manage their teams. Only when organizations combine the full contribution of ALL these effective leadership behaviors will they increase their value, gain a competitive advantage, and be strategically positioned to navigate the complexities of business.
We hold our workshops in the convenience of your organization’s offices to ensure downtime is minimized.

What People Are Saying
“Thank you so much for teaching us how to be our own advocate! We purposely waited to send a thank note, because we always send out a survey after each event and we wanted to include feedback we received from the participants. On a score of 1 to 10, you were a 10 all the way!
When asked the question, ‘What did you like about this event?’ The overwhelming response was to bring you back! Other responses included:
- “It was really empowering and definitely helped me find the steps I need to take to become a better advocate for myself. It was a really great event and gave me a lot of insight. I think everyone should get a chance to go to an event like that.”
- “I have a better understanding of how our behaviors are affecting our brand and what to do about it. The group discussions; knowing others feel the same and working through the questions together, sharing information/helping each other.”
- “I loved the presenter and the interactive approach to the training. Robbin was amazing and really helped me understand that I am valuable!!!”
- “Introspection, learning and sharing experiences with the amazing women at GE! I certainly felt a shift within and felt the “power” in me, translating to some actions I might have hesitated to take earlier.”

“Robbin’s warm, inviting spirit exuded sincerity and compassion the moment I walked in the room. She has a gift of captivating her audience, which made me crave more of her enlightenment days after experiencing her miraculous presentation. Robbin’s inspirational speech made me aware of how I allowed my self-perception to change according to who was around me. I was letting other people define me.
I immediately felt a transformation occurring, while listening to her powerful words. No longer was I going to allow others to trespass on my mission or my happiness. My mission is my destiny. I thought the fire I once enjoyed perished. However, Robbin’s passion and encouragement motivated me to burst into flames and embrace the plan God has for my life with POWER and FEARLESSNESS. The relationships fueled us to recognize our own best practices, as well as discover our passions. Through reflection and conversation, we were challenged to ignite our passions to make an impact on the world!”

“Confidence, Authenticity and Passion are characteristics that we hoped to inspire in the women of our organization. To get started, we hired Robbin Jorgensen to guide us through a custom workshop around “Finding Your Voice”.
Robbin exceeded our expectations in a comfortable, fun and interactive way. Our team spans a wide range of departments and experience levels and her workshop challenged us to be aware of how we want to be, what gets in our way and gave us tools to focus on our capabilities. Robbin tied this nicely into the value of focusing on stepping up, being confident, authentic and passionate for our careers and our company. We can’t wait for the second part of our workshop!” — Stacey Lusk, Vice President, Cardlytics
