Meet Team Ignite
Robbin, CPCC, PCC, is a highly successful businesswoman with 25+ years of experience in sales and marketing, training and business development. A sought after global speaker, certified coach and women's leadership strategist, she has worked with women leaders on 6 continents in 14 countries. Robbin was honored as a Human Rights Champion by the United Nations Association of the USA and is the U.S. Ambassador for AVEGA Agahozo in Rwanda. She has been featured by the Cartier Women’s Initiative, Voyage ATL, the Dana Barret Show and the Atlanta Small Business Network (to name a few). She delivered the keynote address for the 170th anniversary of the first Women’s Rights Convention joining the ranks of previous speakers who included Hillary Clinton.

Chris, CPCC, PCC, is a leadership coach and consultant with more than 25 years experience supporting the personal and professional growth of others. She works with a wide range of organizational and individual clients across North America and has a solid track record of helping her clients raise the bar and realize greater leadership potential and impact. Chris has led several large-scale leadership development engagements for organizational clients and has experience designing content, delivering coaching and workshops and managing projects for numerous clients.

Nikki's commitment to advancing racial equity isn't just a career choice—it's in her DNA. Born into a family deeply rooted in the civil rights movement, Nikki's upbringing on the campus of Hampton University instilled in her a profound sense of duty to champion the rights of black communities and minorities. With over 25 years of experience spanning Banking, Labor and Employment Law, Collective Bargaining, Human Resources, and State Government, Nikki has left an indelible mark. As a three-time Chief Human Resources Officer in both the private and public sectors, and a former executive with the Federal Reserve, Nikki has dedicated her career to fostering inclusive environments where minority talent can thrive. In addition to her corporate advisory work, Nikki empowers white women to become better advocates for racial equity and provides support and mentorship to professional black women.

Kathy, CPCC, MCC, brings more than 25 years of experience applying organizational learning and leadership skills as an executive coach and a senior leader. An inspirational global facilitator and workshop designer, she has worked across multiple levels in some of the largest global organizations to design and deliver transformational programs. Collaborating with executives, her focus is on personal transformation, innovation and inclusion using an experiential, conscious and humanistic approach.

Tracey, CPCC, PCC, is passionate about growing leaders. She believes the goal of leadership training and coaching – no matter where leaders function within their organization – is to examine mindset and the internal operating system to determine what limits effectiveness and where there are opportunities to expand leadership “range”. Tracey works with executives and professionals to disarm conflict, discover connections that work and design new ways forward. Her approach creates clarity of purpose, improved communication, and greater leadership impact.

Her organized and detail-oriented nature, dedication, and passion to learn new skills, allow her to tackle complex and challenging projects with ease.
